Item: Des Neck 2
This wonderful sterling necklace was made by PAUL LOBEL the father of modernist jewelry. Paul Lobel was born in Romania, and raised in America. He was a commercial artist, designing furniture, sculpture, and flatware. He graduated to jewelry and opened his shop in 1944 in Greenwich Village, NY.
The glass ball, (not rock crystal) is just under 3/4" wide. There is one flea bite on the ball, and two small marks inside the glass ball. It moves freely in it's container. Wearable length is 16 1/2" long.
